GG Professionals Inc. and IGNITE National (“GGP”, “IGNITE”, “we”, “us”, or alternative first person reference) are both committed to protecting your privacy. Should you provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement (the “Privacy Policy”) that explains our data collection, use, and disclosure practices for our website, https://ignitenational.org/2026-impact-video-challenge and all related sites, and services provided by us that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Website”).

GGP and IGNITE jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal information collected in connection with the IGNITE Impact Challenge. As joint controllers, GGP and IGNITE are responsible for ensuring that personal information is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. The Bigglesworth Family Foundation does not collect or process personal information in connection with the Contest, and will solely be responsible for providing prize funds to GGP for administration.
Participants may contact either GGP or IGNITE using the contact information provided below regarding questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise applicable privacy rights. We may internally coordinate responses to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
What Information Does this Privacy Policy Cover?
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected on the Website where this Privacy Policy is posted and does not apply to any other information collected by the IGNITE Impact Challenge through any other means.

- Submit a Submission (individually or as part of a team)
- Register as a Team Captain or team member
- Sign up to receive updates
- Participate in contests or other promotions

- Team affiliate and Team Captain designation (if applicable)

If a Submission is made by a team, we may collect personal information from each team member for eligibility verification, communications, and prize administration purposes.
If a Submission is made by a team, the designated Team Captain may provide personal information on behalf of team members for Contest administration purposes. However, each team member remains responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal information and for complying with applicable eligibility and documentation requirements.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better services, and in particular for the following reasons:
- To provide our services, including to provide updates on special events, news, and email announcements of interest, to verify user information, and to provide you with our services;

- To administer the Contest, including verifying eligibility, communicating with Participants and Team Captains, evaluating Submissions, announcing Winners, processing Prize payments, issuing required tax documentation, and facilitating prize acceptance through third-party service providers; and

How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. However, we may share personal information in the following circumstances:
- Between GGP and IGNITE in their capacity as joint controllers for purposes of administering the Contest;
- With affiliated organizations involved in administering the Contest (including Games for Change and IGNITE National);
- With judges evaluating Submissions;
- With third-party service providers who assist with website hosting, submission processing, prize administration, tax reporting, payment processing, or documentation portals (such as the Ignite Impact Challenge Kaleidoscope portal);
- When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process;
- To protect our legal rights or prevent fraud.
Any third-party service providers are contractually required to use personal information solely for the purposes for which it is shared and to maintain reasonable data security safeguards.

We collect personal information directly from Participants (including Team Captains submitting information on behalf of team members), automatically through website interactions, and from service providers assisting with Contest administration.
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to:
- Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;

Children and Minors
Our Website is intended for a general audience and not intended for children. The IGNITE Impact Challenge is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will delete such information.
