MEDIA RELEASE FORM

MEDIA RELEASE: I authorize IGNITE and affiliate partners to make use of video footage, photographs, and audio recordings of me or my work submitted to the challenge named The IGNITE Impact Challenge.

I agree that Ignite and its partners may use Footage of me in the manner set forth above, including images, voice, conversation, video, and sounds, during and in connection with my submitted video. I understand that any media may be made available publicly through Ignite and/or partners websites and on program social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. I also grant to Ignite employees and partners the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for non- profit purposes including use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media. 

With respect to my video submitted as part of challenge, I and my co-authors shall remain exclusive owners of the Project, provided that I am granting a non-exclusive license to Ignite and its partners for non-commercial or educational purposes and for the limited purpose of promoting and marketing the Challenge and Ignite. The footage and my video may not otherwise be used for any commercial purposes. 

I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of the footage. I hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder (including, without limitation, claims relating to rights of publicity or privacy). I hereby release the organization and its agents and employees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
